It's a really nice and well managed apartment complex with gated entrance, and bits of grass with trees and bushes. There's a park within two minutes walk, and it's just across the road from Salford Quays. All the rooms get great sunlight from mid morning to late afternoon.

Excellent transport links with two tram stops in less than 5 minutes walking distance from the front door. You can easily walk to the main Quays areas, and I walk into the city for work too.

Shopping - Aldi, Tesco local & massive 24hr, multiple Co-ops, Lidl and M&S food all within walking distance.

5 low level apartment blocks in the complex with a facebook group to help create a sense of community. Also a very active Salford Quays facebook group.

More than one gym really close by if that's your thing.

I'm a clean and tidy housemate who doesn't make a lot of noise or anything like that, I don't really hear the neighbours and it's on the top floor so there's no stomping from a flat above.
