Currently looking for a new flat mate to fill a double room with en-suite in my beautiful central flat situated on the 3rd floor. Located just a 10 min walk from Ancoats and 20 min walk from central Manchester- opposite the New Islington tram stop.
The flat itself is very bright and airy, full of sunlight (when the sun is out) and very cosy with an open plan living and kitchen area. The room is of good size and comes fully furnished - furniture and fixtures are all very modern. Bills, council tax and wifi is an extra £130 each per month.
I moved to Manchester last year after graduating and am currently working in hospitality- I enjoy the casual bev or night out (pre-covid) or just a little chill in the eve.
