This flat is pretty much in the center of sale with good transports all around, with 5 min from both Brooklands and Sale tram stop giving easy access to anywhere. Couples are also welcomed, however, an extra cost of 70£ would be added to cover the extra expenses.
I am a professional chef with intention to start my masters this year, Calm and chilled person looking for a roommate.
That doesn’t entirely mean we have to be friends or socialise but I have nothing against it either.
All bills are included on the cost, WiFi is ultra fibra with 1TB speed, the neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. I have recently moved in so I’m am in the process of furnishing the house as it was fully unfurnished when I moved in but should be done in a space of weeks. Your room is fully furnished, however I have the intention to add a few extra details to it such a mini fridge if the space allows and if it is at your desire. In other words, nothing to worry about 🙏🏽
