Due to personal circumstances I need to leave my tenancy in a 4 bed flat in Fallowfield asap. This property is very affordable at £420/month with bills included and is close to Sainsbury's and many restaurants in the area, only a short commute to Manchester city centre.

I am looking for another student to take over the property as you will be sharing the flat with three other lovely MMU students. The flat is available ASAP however, I am open to discuss moving in later if required, contract ending in June .
