Hello,

My flat mate is leaving in February, and I'd like to keep this flat as it’s in a great location and is a lovely space.

The Apartment:

• Kitchen diner with 5 massive windows and high ceilings. Kitchen is pretty basic but does have a dishwasher.

• 2 bedrooms at the back of the apartment. Bedroom one has an en-suite and windows facing outside. Bedroom doesn’t have an en-suite and has no external windows but has priority over the main bathroom which is large and very nice. Also, bedroom two is quiet, dark, cool in summer and warm in winter (I'd be happy to take either).

• The location is great. 10-minute walk to Piccadilly. The New Islington tram stop is just across the road and Ancoats a two-minute walk from there. Aldi is a 10-minute walk and Salisbury's a 5-minute walk. There is also a pub and a Londis in the building.

About me:

• I'm 27, work as a Data Analyst and have a love for music, cooking, working out, and films/tv.

• I'm a friendly non-judgemental person

• I'm tidy, organised and driven.

• I've lived with a lot of different people mostly friends but also people from Sparerooms.

The ideal flat mate:

• If you are friendly, thoughtful, tidy and relatively organised then I'd be more than happy to meet up for a chat (Online or in person)
