Looking to replace my flatmates tenancy and she is looking to move out ASAP.

The room is spacious with storage (wardrobe, draws, bed side table, room under bed), big windows and an en-suite bathroom.

The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and microwave.

The flat has a washer-drier too which is super convenient.

I have a male cat that’s around 3 years old, he’s super chill and friendly, and is a short-haired cat so minimal shedding. He is also friendly with other pets, and the building is pet friendly.

Car park space:
There’s a space included in the tenancy, this comes with the rent and there are no extra fees, this can be yours as I do not currently drive and do not plan to (there’s also visitor spaces occasionally available)

We also have a concierge open 7am to 7pm where parcels can be collected from.

The location is very ideal, there’s a retail park next door with shops like Sainsbury’s, home bargains, boots, JD, JD Gyms. Also a petrol station near by, McDonalds, Co-op. Walk to city centre is around 25-30 mins, there’s also a direct bus route.

Ideally I am looking for a female tenant close in age, however I am open to all enquiries so please reach out if interested :)
