Looking for someone to replace my tenancy as I’m looking to move out.

double room with storage (wardrobe, draws, bed side table, room under bed), big windows and bathroom (not en-suite but across the hall, you’ll be the only one using it).

The kitchen has an electric hob, oven, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and microwave.

The flat has a washer-drier too which is super convenient.

The building is pet friendly so pets are allowed.

Current flatmate (female, 22) has recently moved in, works full time in marketing, is friendly and easy to get on with.

Car park space:
There’s a space included in the tenancy, this comes with the rent and there are no extra fees, this can be yours as the current flatmate does not currently drive and doesnt plan to (there’s also visitor spaces occasionally available)
