We’re looking for two tenants for our five bedroom student house in Withington for the 25/26 academic year.

It’s a lovely house in a great location. Free parking available, with a bus stop directly outside and a Sainsburys and a pub next door. Full security system has been installed and the house is newly furnished.

You would have the downstairs two bedrooms which come with a wardrobe, double bed and desk. And between the two of you, you will have the master bathroom with a shower/bath and toilet.
