Hi there! My housemates are moving out and I’m currently looking for one flatmate to take one spare room from November. The flat is located in Salford, on Chapel street, super central, 15 mins walk from Market street, Arndale and all city centre amenities. Rent is currently £490 excl. bills. Council tax depends on if two tenants on the contract are students/non students. One good size room with a shared bathroom. Salford central train station is on the other side of the road. Attaching pictures but we are all currently in the flat so it may look a bit....idk lol. Also there is construction work going on which they aim to complete by end of September! After that all the rooms will be painted. Lucky you haha.
Anyway, I’m 26, a Phd student working part time. I’m bubbly and social, I also respect privacy and I pretty much want to make this a home where we all get along and do fun stuff. Literally live like a family! I wouldn’t mind finding someone on the same wavelength to build a good relationship with
Although the move in date is in November, I NEED to provide the landlord with a third tenant ASAP to start the reference checks! Happy to arrange viewings! SERIOUS PEOPLE ONLY PLEASE!
