Looking for a new housemate to take a double room in a 3 bed house in Salford Quays ASAP as the contract is up for renewal.

Very nice clean house with 3 floors in quiet neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk from the park, gym, shops, tram stops, and the Quays themselves. The price and location make this well worth it.

The house has a living room, kitchen with all appliances and washing units, 2 bathrooms (upstairs and down), and a balcony on the top floor for those sunny days

Currently 2 males living here who both work in the bar industry.
Ideal traits we're looking for is someone who is clean & tidy and likes to have a laugh. We're both into a bit of everything like sports, music, games, films, etc. so should have no problems with whatever your interests are.

The bills are separate, split between the 3 of us. On average, it's around £90 each month per person.
The contract minimum length is a year, however this can be shorter if you can find someone to take over in your place, as the name and details on the contract can be transferred over.
