There is a concierge on reception, and a roof terrace. This is a fully furnished property.

The rent is 475PCM not including bills.

Council Tax works out to be about 70 per month so 590 for everything roughly.

Although if you are also a full time student we would be exempt from council tax: making the total £520.

Ideally I’m looking for one other female who is socialable and chilled. I’d like to become friends with whoever it is I live with. I work full time and study a masters in Graphic Design.
