I'm a second-year PhD Student and will stay in Manchester for 2 years.
I'm looking for a roommate to share this two-bedroom apartment.
The name of this building is Anaconda Cut.
The price of this apartment is 1350 per month and the small bedroom is available and £600 pm. We will share the bill which is around 50 total pm. The apartment is face to the south. So, it is bright and warm all day. Have two bathrooms and one shared living room.
This building has car-park space which is an additional £250 pm. They also have a cycle storage room, Gym, 24-7 Concierge service, Sky Lounge and roof Terraces.
By the way, I have a small home cat. I wish i can find a long-term roommate because Moving is really too much pressure.
