Hi there.
I'm a second-year Uni of Mcr business student. I've just started renting a brand new 2-bed apartment in the new Wilburn basin development.

I'm looking for a male or female professional or student who is pretty chilled and enjoys popping out every now and then for a few drinks as well as enjoying a lazy day. I completely get that people like their own space too.

£475pcm bills not included. there is a gym available in the building free to use for residents, cinema room and 24/7 concierge. bills are approx. £60 each month (except council tax).

The views out of this flat are unreal, overlooking the whole city from the Westside. It's the city center Manchester and perfectly placed near Spinningfields, media city, and the Arndale and close to Oxford Road. With convenient transport links like Deansgate train station and the Metrolink close by. The pics are not of the flat I've let, the pics are a show home.
