My current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner, so I'm looking for somebody to join me in this two bedroom flatshare.
The bedroom is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe and a bedside draw either side. There is a shared bathroom, although this will be mostly used by yourself as I have an ensuite. Spacious living/kitchen area + balcony that faces salford quays and the river. 24hr concierge.
With all bills and council tax inc comes to approx £625 per month.
Bit about me -
I'm Elliot, and I work as a Healthcare Scientist Mon-Fri, occasionally the odd weekend.
I'm quite a socialable person who likes meeting friends for drinks, going to gigs - as well as perform live myself at acoustic nights. I'm pretty easy going, and down to earth, and looking to live with someone friendly and like-minded, who likes to keep the flat clean and be mates as well as just living together.
