Hi, I am searching for a new housemate to share my spacious, light, 2 bed, 2 bathroom mill converted apartment in Manchester City Centre, just off Oxford Road.

Available from the end of Jan - Feb - Move in dates are flexible within that time period.

My previous housemate and girlfriend, who are also the landlords are moving away. The landlord is great and has recently installed the apartment with a brand new washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and redecorated. The apartment is in great condition.

I am looking to fill their room with a like minded individual.
I see this space as my sanctuary. I love keeping it tidy, cooking, relaxing as well as working from home on occasion.

Who you would be sharing with:
A full time photographer and director working across the UK. Due to the nature of my work there are periods when I am away for a few days a week and other periods where I am home most days - although I keep myself busy. I really appreciate having a calm space to come back to when work is busy so I am not looking for any party people (if that's still a thing). But also enjoy socialising / dinners.
Interests - running, yoga, photography, film, travel.

The space is ideal for someone who appreciates a chilled space to come back to. Someone who has their own thing going on but also likes to socialise in the evenings, watch films, occasional drink, enjoy food etc

I have lived in the building since the start of the year and really enjoy being here. The landlord is great and I will be sad to see him go but excited to welcome a new person into the space.

> 15 minutes from Piccadilly Train station
> 25 minutes from market street.

The landlord would like 1 months deposit and first months rent.
