Hi! I am renting my beautiful double bedroom in Anaconda Cut as I am moving out and need someone to take over my contract. Ideally would like someone to move in from 15th Feb but I am flexible.

Current flatmate is a early year teacher, very calm and nice, super tidy and clean, if you are a good cooker she will love you forever
The price is £600 pcm (open to negotiate) and deposit of £765. Contract ends on the 31st of May but you would be able to extend. References are needed but no extra cost.

Broadband is included on the rent. For the rest of the bills we pay £11 each for water and an electricity fix monthly payment of £39.45 so £19.18 each, council tax is £162 so £81 each.
