I need someone to take over my contract from 6th July 2021-17th August 2021.

It’s a double bed with an ensuite in a girls only flat. It’s a very diverse and lively flat with someone always baking something. It’s very peaceful and the room kitchen receive a lot of natural sunlight.
There’s a lot of storage space (under the bed storage, shelves, big cupboard and drawers and some extra space built into the bed as well).

There is a bin chute and recycling is very easy. There’s a laundry room with 5+ washing machines and 6+ dryers.

The windows are sound proof.

This room is only available to female students.

Steps for application:

1. You would have to create an application on Sanctuary Students’ Grafton Street website for the year 2020/2021 and select the 50 week contract. This will end on the 17th of August 2021.

2. You will also need to select YES on Your Preferences section. You will need to explain that you want to be placed in Flat 159 Room C and confirm what date you will be able to move in.

3. Once you have completed an application for Grafton Street, you must send an email to the grafton street email and explain that you want to take over your tenancy. We will then send you an offer for Flat 159 Room C.
