2 bed 2 bath central manchester flat on the edge of Piccadilly and Gay Villiage
6 mins to Oxford Road Station, 10 mins to Piccadilly Station.
1 bedroom w/ ensuite, 2nd bedroom and seperate bathroom.
Large open plan living, kitchen, dining space.

12 month contract - available from late July onwards.
£550/month before bills
I'm still waiting on the landloard to give me a bills/council tax estimate.
Estate Agent managed, but I know the landlord personally and she is lovely.

No pets allowed :((

Accessibility: 2nd floor flat with buzzer system, 7 steps to front door, 2 flights of steep marble stairs and a small lift on the inside, but no step free access.

About Me:

Hello! I'm Lerato (they/them), I'm 22, soon to be 23, veggie non-smoker, and I recently just finished up my English MA. I work in the city centre in hospitality, and bike or walk pretty much everywhere. I enjoy a hike, the odd dinner party and (if my degree is any hint) I love to read. I come with a pretty sizeable book and instrument collection as I also am a (bad) musician.
I'm a pretty tidy and chill person to live with, and perks include the occasional baked good or veggie curry.
