Due to work commitments, i am subletting my room in North Tower of Deansgate, the new occupier will be registered with the building so they can use the facilities which include a luxury gym, pool etc.

The tenancy expires on 13 of March, the money will be paid into my bank account every month, there will be a security deposit which can be used towards the final months rent.

There will be no council tax on property but bills should be no more than £50-70 PM
