In need of a flatmate to move into this flat with me. This is a lovely flat on the top floor of Whittles Croft. With a lovely balcony coming out from the kitchen.

It is a two minute walk to Aldi and PureGym. Ands 5 minute walk to northern quarter/pubs, where there is great nightlife!

There is a parking place included with an option to rent another space.

I am an Electrical technician working shifts sometime and very easy to get along with. Looking for some to get along with and enjoy the city with too.

Internet is included, council tax is about £45 each per month, water about £20 and electricity fluctuates but averages around £70 per month. Overall it will be £900 for rent and bills.
