We have TWO rooms available within our 3-bedroom flat in the NQ4 building in Ancoats. Both are currently vacant and will come fully furnished and professionally cleaned. To be let individually or together if you are two friends. The flat should have everything you need!

As of right now the flatmate staying is 28 year old Swedish girl who is currently working as a receptionist but is also a DJ. She has a cat, so you need to be OK with that :)

The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/living room area, and shared bathroom. The pic and doesn't do the living area justice - it's actually pretty big! Will try and update soon. Great links to public transport, with only short 10 minute walks to Piccadilly Gardens, Piccadilly Station and Victoria Station. Ancoats itself is one of the coolest places to be in Manchester at the moment and has seen rapid development over the last few years, with countless bars, restaurant, cafes. Google "Ancoats coolest neighbourhood" if you're not familiar! The Northern Quarter itself is obviously only a few minutes walk.
