Modern Top-Floor Flat Near City Centre

Lovely, modern and conveniently located apartment in City centre Manchester. Technically the house is situated in Salford but it takes only 10-15 minute walk to get into the city centre.

The tenancy would be from January to April 4th. I'm renting out my room while I'm away on a 3-month furniture design course. My two male housemates enjoy football, running, attending a local fitness class and are just all-round nice, friendly people.

I will require an agreement in the form of a sub-tenancy agreement which will stipulate the conditions of stay and the deposit amount which will need to be paid to secure the room.
