I have 3 bedroom house in a very quiet area. It’s myself, my wife and my son lives in the house. The we have one bathroom, nice kitchen, and very nice sitting and dining room. Free WIFI access. We are off the road, 10 minutes walk to the beach and Trainstation. We have nice size back garden and small front garden. Both myself and my wife work and most of the time we are at work.
