Just a few minutes walk from Margate train station and the main sands here.

There is a large bathroom upstairs + a small shower room with extra toilet downstairs so no waiting for the bathroom - almost as good as having an en-suite, just less modern...

Big living room/dining room and big kitchen too. Some great features around the house including some brilliant 1970s tiles in the kitchen and lots of house plants 🏡

I am an art teacher and artist, usually working from home around 3-4 days per week. I also paint from home so like to keep a calm atmosphere in the house.
