Lovely large light bedsit in quiet cosy artists house with en-suite bathroom. The room is in a large Victorian house on a quiet road in Cliftonville, close to a lovely park and minutes away from the sea. Buses to Broadstairs and Ramsgate are also minutes away as are a variety of shops for both food and other needs. Margate station is about a 25 minutes walk which takes you to London and most of the major cities in Kent.

The room would particularly suit a professional woman like myself, someone retired or a student but I can't accommodate couples and those with pets and no smokers please. Other shared spaces would be the kitchen which is equipped with everything you would need and the garden in the warmer months. Due to the Covid restrictions we would need to have a conversation about keeping ourselves safe until the dangers subside.

I have a small very friendly non shedding cockerpoo dog which is allergy free for those who suffer.
