Hello, we are looking for a third roommate (preferably a student) to take the remaining room in a very nice flat in Marylebone. It is a master bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite modern bathroom. Located in the basement but gets good light from the flat’s small private patio. Rent for the room is 1250£ a month but comes all bills included for a 9 months contract starting from September 15th (flexible), so perfect for someone who does not need to stay in London over summer). There are also no agency/inventory fees at it is a private landlord. All service charges are on him should there be any issue.

The flat :

It is a 3 bed flat with lounge (including dining-space), semi-separate fully fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher) and private patio. It also comes with a TV, sound-system, washing-machine & dryer, and all the stuff needed to keep it clean. It is located in Marylebone (Rossmore Road), close to Marylebone / Baker Street / Edgware Road stations and bus 139 and 189 stop on the same road right next to the flat. LBS is less than five minutes away, Regent’s University is also at a short walking distance too and it is well connected to other unis (i. e. 20mn door to door to UCL, 30mn to KCL/LSE). The neighbourhood is quiet and secure with loads of shops and restaurants near by, and Regent’s Park is at the end of the road should you need some fresh air !

Who are we ?

We are two very nice (that’s what our friends say) and cheerful friends :
Aubin is 20, from France but raised in Belgium, entering his exchange (third) year at KCL and speaks French/English and has notions of German and Farsi. Zina is 22, French/Tunisian, entering her fourth year at UCL and speaks French/English/Italian and Arabic. We both met while studying at Sciences Po on the Menton campus. We are looking for a friendly and open-minded student, boy or girl, preferably not French to share a year full of fun in this apartment with us ! We are quite outgoing and social but enjoy Netflix&chill equally and take our studies seriously. We are also very (sometimes too?) clean, and rumour has it we’re funny ! We like good food, good wine/cocktails, art, fashion and can easily end up having long conversations about politics or the latest celebrities breakups.
