Description
We have a studio-like double bedroom with a separate toilet, sink, shower and the separate entrance to rent. The shower however will need to be taken in the main house due to the boiler not being installed in the studio yet. It is £550.
Also 2x double bedrooms. One is 400 -fully furnished, double bed.
The other is 370, only double bed and drawers.
Kitchen is in the main house. It is going to be 4 people living in the entire property (advertised room lodgers + myself)
I live in a 4 bedroom cottage so will be 2 more lodgers, privacy and personal space is guaranteed. The studio is a separate building from the house.
There is a big garden, pond and we have sauna and the hot tub, however they are not a part of the tenancy agreement, although for the right people I will allow to use sauna and of course the tub when I use it myself. If you will want to use the sauna at some point yourself, you will be able to but the hot tub is a different story since it takes a day for it to heat up, it would need to be filled with fresh water and then cleaned afterwards - so I personally use it only when I have guests for a few days, otherwise it would be a waste of huge amount of water and the electricity for just a couple of hours of fun every time.
There is a WiFi but the signal is not like in the city since this is a small village.
You have to be a driver due to the location. It is a very low traffic area and the closest bus going to Holt, Cromer or Fakenham is about a mile away by walk. Bus going to Norwich is about 5 min away from home but drives through only twice a day
The closest shop is about 1.5miles, so you must be a driver unless you can figure out a way of travelling around yourself. I personally don't drive.
As a tenant you have to have a huge sense of respecting the privacy of my own and yours and others. You have to have a habit of cleaning straight away after yourself, that includes all shared equipment and the facilities such as ovens, bathroom , kitchen, table, cutlery, pans, pots, cups, plates, lounge etc. You don't need to buy any kitchen stuff separately, all is in place from plates, to cups, kettle, blenders, toaster etc. Absolutely everything. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and the tumble dryer. 2 fridges, massive freezer.
All items in the property must be respected and treated as if it was your own - I mean keep it clean and don't break anything deliberately ;) You also must not be a problematic and hard to get on with. I am very friendly and sociable if you will want to communicate. I am cool if you will want to be silent too. Neither your nationality, sexual preferences or choices are an issue, I am very open minded. But you must respect others choices too.
You can be your own person here, whether you want to sing, dance do pilates or yoga in the lounge, write, draw or whatever is your way of living is. I live by the approach 'Hurt no one' so this is precisely what I am looking for in a person's characteristics if agreeing to share the space. And you will have to respect people in the village, no one is asking to become friends but respect must always be there since the majority of people here are the elderly and everyone is friendly with each other.
Also there is a cat in the property, it lives outside and not allowed in the house. You don't have to be a pet lover so long as you don't hurt the pets, I am cool.
There is parking space in the front yard and on the drive. However, entrance to the property yard is quite narrow but if you are an experienced driver you wont have issues to drive in with the van if a van is what you drive.
I don't ask for the deposit and you will be paying monthly rent from the day you move in. When you will want to move out, you will have to give a 1 weeks notice prior your next rent payment. This is a temporary offer to live in the property, it is for 4-5 months and then sadly you will have to go due to landlords with their kids coming back to the property each year seasonally.
