We have a lovely large doubleroom to offer.
The rent is 620£ per month including all bills and Council Tax plus a refundable deposit of 775£.

The room has a comfortable double bed, in built wardrobe, desk, sofa chair and brass chandelier. The space is well organised and functional with a big window and high ceilings.

The flat has three bedrooms and one big livingroom and balcony.
It has very high ceilings with lots of sunlight and a very nice atmosphere, especially nice in spring/summer.

We are all learly 30s, two guys and one girl.

We are looking for a friendly and open person who would like to join in and share some free time together at dinner or drinks from time to time, has a friendly attitude and naturally participates in the household.
We have a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and are looking for a genuinely nice person.

Someone who is looking for a home rather than a bed, as this is a great little place. :-)

The public transport connection is very good and easy to combine depending on the direction from the west or east by taking either the Northern line (Highgate/East Finchley) or Picadilly and Victoria (Bounds Green/change Finsbury Park) line or even the fast train from Alexandra Palace station which takes ~20min to Moorgate.

There are many shops&boutique cinema close by, nice restaurants and cafes and a golfcourse basically around the corner and cricket clubs close by.
It is close to several large green parks, Alexandra Palace with many concerts and quite close to Hampsteadheath, the ponds and Kennwood House.

There is free parking in the area which might suit someone looking in north London for a good connection to the north circular motorway.
