Just downhill from Muswell Hill (where you will find loads of lovely restaurants and cute independent stores) and only 10 minutes walk away from Central Crouch End which has loads of cafes and restaurant alongside all shops you could need (Waitrose, Co-op, Tesco and more local green-grocers and independence organic food stores)

The location is great with its own private parking (permit will have to be applied for) and the flat and bedrooms are not facing the main road so it’s nice and quiet, but still close to everything you would need.

Alexandra Palace has basically been our back garden and Priory Park is only on the other side of the road. Its been so lovely having big parks to walk around during these times.

Primary School and nursery five minutes walk away and a good connection to central London for university student.
