Room available in a large Victorian house, two minutes' walk from Wood Green station. We are two girls and one guy sharing (so four total with the empty room filled) and are open to a new flatmate of either gender. The room is available from 12th of August.

The room is very large and quiet, overlooking the beautiful house garden through large sash window. It comes furnished with a double bed (mattress belongs to leaving tenant-me:)- but can be discussed), side table, built in wardrobe with shelves, double door wardrobe with full length mirrors, side table and wall shelves. There is plenty of storage in the room plus lots of other storage throughout the house.

We have a large kitchen and a large living room, plus an office and two bathrooms, one with a gorgeous freestanding bath and separate toilet, and one with a toilet and shower.

The rent is £462.50 per month, with bills and council tax adding about £90 to this, and the deposit is £462.50, with the minimum contract duration being 6 months.
