The property is about 5 minutes walk to New Southgate train station and 10 min from Arnos Grove (Piccadilly line). There is a Coop supermarket about 2 minutes away.
I am looking for a tenant who is quiet and respectful (there is another flatmate who normally works during the day) and not a smoker. Pets can be considered.
