Hi everybody!
I am looking for someone to sublet a room in north London (N22 near Bounds Green station) between the months of July and October. My current flatmate is moving out very soon so I will be needing someone to move in in their stead.
The flat itself is a two bedroom ground level apartment, the room being a 12 square meter room with a double bed that gets lots of natural light. There’s also of course a spacious kitchen and a modern bathroom, as well as a very nice little garden.
The rent is 787£ per month, with bills not included. The council tax band is band C
