We're searching for a housemate to replace our pal Han now she's met her prince charming... Leaving a space in our beautiful, Victorian terrace houseshare in Ally Pally.
A little about us;
Matt is a Customer Services Manager at a central gallery. One day decided he could cycle to Stoke, immediately regretted it. Claims to make exceptional curry.
Vic is a H&S Manager for a social housing charity. Can name any breed of dog from 50 yards and makes good yorkshire puddings.
Harriet is an accountant for a movie production company. Amazing movie knowledge and makes exceptional tea.
The house all have quite demanding work - with a mix of remote and out and about working, but in the evenings/ at the weekend we're great at making our house feel like home; cooking BBQs together in summer/ brunch on Sundays, watching films together and sitting together to have a beer if one of us has had a sh*t day. We're essentially a group of good pals, and also totally respect the need for space from time to time too.

Who we're looking for: Ideally we're just looking for people who are good eggs, conscientious with keeping the communal spaces mess-free and clean. Sociable, friendly and laid back. We're all a bit nerdy at heart, and we've no preference on age or what you do for work.

About the house; We're in Alexandra Palace - the house is 6 minutes walk from Alexandra Palace station and 15 minutes from Wood Green. The house itself is ENORMOUS. It's a 2 storey town-house style building.
We have a front and back garden which is great in the summer for BBQs. Both require a green thumb, so if this is you, extra points! The kitchen is 240 sq. ft (huge!) and works really well for multi use, and we also have a lovely light, airy 170 sq. ft living room. Permit parking is available really cheap, or it's free 2 streets down.
The bedroom is 1st floor, garden facing with a nice window so very light and airy. The room is actually 2 seperate spaces, and previously the additional space has been used as either an office or walk-in wardrobe (see pics to see what we mean) but you're free to use it however suits.
It's almost it's own wing at the rear of the house; it's a really cool space.
Its unfurnished but the rest of the house is pretty well equipped.
There's 1 bathroom shower/toilet with an electric shower - we're usually pretty good with timings so theres rarely a clash for the bathroom.
Bills are variable so we all pay £250 a month into a pot to cover everything including all utilities (since the hike) and tax, super fast internet, weekly communal cleaner, consumables etc. We regularly review and itemise and it works pretty well.
