Hi. We are are a semi retired couple living in a quiet village, Inverbervie, with all amenities, We have a large bedsit room (5m x 5m), en-suite (2.5m x 1.8m), IN A SEPARATE BUILDING which we normally rent as an AirBnB during the summer (see The Garden Room, Inverbervie on AirBnB), but which we rent out to a tenant in the off season.

We are ex-university professionals with three graduate "children", who have all left home.

The room is very large with a pool table, fridge, microwave, table, futon, bookcase and luxury ensuite shower. We can adjust the furniture to suit. All bills (electricity, laundry, council tax, TV license, satellite broadband) are included. There is free on street parking or you can park in our drive, and a regular bus service to Aberdeen and Montrose. Some meals, lifts etc could be provided by arrangement..

Inverbervie has a supermarket, medical practice, post office, chemist, chip shop and pubs. The pebble beach is a few minutes walk and there is a nice, flat walk south to Gourdon. The famous Dunnottar Castle is just up the road and there are several lovely beaches to the south. We have a big black dog, 2 hens and two cats who are friendly.

We have a fixed energy deal until January 2024 so are not expecting and shock bills!
