I have a nice spare room available in my house in Sheen.

The room is a double with an ensuite bathroom and builtin wardrobes.

The house itself is big with a large open kitchen and living room. There is a small garden at the back.

The house is 5 mins from Mortlake and less than 5 mins to Waitrose and other shops in Sheen. I really like the area.

I am separated and live alone. I work full time in the events industry. I cook a bit and cycle as much as possible at the weekends. The house is clean and tidy.

My dog Tipi (husky) is friendly and keeps her self to herself. She doesn't bark ever!

I am looking to rent the room mainly to contribute to the rent. Ideally someone who's working / proffessional or if a student at least semi adult!
