We have small double room in a second & third floor three bedroom flat in East Sheen that is available from October 15th 2020.

The room has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is shared and we all share the kitchen and living room. The flat is fully furnished with full broadband and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen has a washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

You will be sharing with a British man and a Hungarian woman. We are both professionals working full time. We are very friendly and very respectful of each other’s privacy.

The flat is very conveniently located only a 5 minute walk from Mortlake Station which is 20 minutes away from London Waterloo and less than 10 minutes from Richmond.

There are many shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes just one step away, as well as a Tesco and a Waitrose.

The rent is £520 per month. This does NOT include any bills. Council tax and broadband works out at an additional £53 per month and we have quarterly energy bills that would range between £30-40 per month (season depending).

The contract is ideally for one year but it can be broken after 6 months. The landlord requires two references.
