Hey
I'm renting my spare double room out, ideally on a 3 month contract and then rolling so no ties.
The house is a new build (build October 2018) in Musselburgh. It's a 10 minute walk to Wallyford train station, and 2 min walk to the bus stop.
Kitchen, lounge, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms and a dressing room. The house is fully furnished.
The price includes rent and all bills, including Sky Plus and a cleaner every 2 weeks.
I'm usually away at least one weekend a month.
I have a very soft and friendly cat! So you would need to like cats :)
There's a drive for a car too.
