You’ll be sharing a flat with a live-in landlord, myself, a young professional (WFH mostly), and a ragdoll cat. :) The flat is located near the picturesque seaside, Fisherrow Harbour. There’s a little private back garden, too. This place would be perfect for a student or a young professional. I am looking for a non-smoker and a tidy person. I am a social person but a busy professional and will respect your privacy and would expect the same. £600 bills excl. (bills+ council tax band B: approximately £130 per month).
