The room would be suitable for Masters/ PhD student.
The flat is situated next to the canal at the bottom of Viewforth with easy access into town and/or Uni by a 15 minute walk. Good bus links.
The rental is @ £530 pm which includes council tax, gas, electricity and wifi
No smokers or benefit claimants. A deposit of £400 and ID are required.
The rental period is for 10 months, starting 1st Sept 2019.
My dog Gulliver, a 5-year-old Parsons Terrier, also lives here, so a dog lover preferred.
