Large double bedroom available for rent from the 1st of June, I'm moving out so I'm looking for someone to replace me!

Apartment is located close to the city centre in Polwarth Gardens which is a quiet and up market area which is only a 10 minute bus away from princes street, it's also not too far from Haymarket train station.

Fantastic location as it's close to fountain park which features a cinema, bars and many places to eat.

The bedroom itself is larger than average and comes with all furniture apart from the TV stand and bookshelf pictured in the photo. The apartment also has a nice hallway and three other bedrooms in which there is currently two individual males and a sharing couple.

The apartment is also complete with a bathroom with a full sized shower and a kitchen with all expected appliances.

Resident parking is available on the street outside the apartment with a permit.

All bills are included in the price and the apartment also benefits from fast virgin internet and cleaners that come regularly to clean the flat.
