Looking for a long term flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out to live with his partner.

The property has the two bedrooms one at each end of the flat with the kitchen/living room in the centre. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, gas cooker, dishwasher and under counter fridge As well as a kettle and toaster. There is a table seating area and a sofa tv area. Off the hallway there is one room for the boiler and a chest freezer and another for a washing machine and dryer. In the bathroom there is a bath with a shower.

The bedroom advertised comes furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bed side table, desk and chair. The wardrobe is built in with mirror doors.

So about me, i am a british spanish guy originally from Liverpool . I did my undergrad in London with a year abroad in the Netherlands. Afterwards lived in Madrid for 3 months for an internship and then went back to Liverpool to then head north to Edinburgh. Now I am 2nd year phd in fire safety engineering looking into wildfires.

As a student , I am exempt from council tax so please take that into consideration when inquiring about the room.
