Hi folks,
My flatmate is leaving, now looking for another friendly person to share my lovely home with !

The flat is located 2nd floor (out of 3) at the Green in Longstone. It has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an en-suite. The room be rented is the en-suite.
The bedroom is very bright with a big French window. Fitted with a carpet really warm and soft, and furnished with a double divan bed with drawers, a double build-in wardrobe, bedside tables, bookshelves.
The en-suite has a good size shower, sink, toilets and a mirrored bathroom cabinet.
The kitchen is also fully furnished (kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and plenty storage for your food and stuffs ! :) )
In the living room the corner couch is actually a sofa bed if family or friends come over (but also for cosy movie nights !)

The room will be available from the 23rd of April but I’m flexible for a week or two. I’d rather find the perfect flatmate than just fill up an empty room !!
Price is £580 all bills included and a month deposit will be required.

The flat has also a communal garden/drying area and bike lock room. Free unallocated parking available in front of the flat.
Bus wise, not even 2 min walk :
- Day time: 3 23 X23 25 30 33 35
- Night time : N23 N25 N28 N30 (N34 5min walk N22 10min walk)
- Airport : 300
Shops : big Sainsbury's (x2), Aldi, Tesco, Lidl and others all around 10-15min on the bus, 20-30min walk

About myself, my name is Mathilde, I’m 23 French and English private teacher, also work as a waitress on nights (well not anymore with the coronavirus situation, but usually yes ahah).
I play piano (I have headphones to play silently dont you worry !) musicians welcome ! :D
I’m pretty easy going. Always up to share a meal, a drink (or two) or just watch a movie.
I’m really looking forward to find someone that would be more a friend than a flat-sharer if you know what I mean. So if you intend to find a share a flat just to share costs, this one may not be the one for you...
Also looking for someone tidy, clean that will take care of the flat like his own.
