Hi all Edinroomers,

I'm renting out a beautiful double room for short time. It's available now and up to a month. Time you can stay here is completely negotiable, if you want to stay for shorter time (any period) or longer.

The flat is fully equipped with all the household necessities.

The flat is located near town - about 15min cycle or bus journey to town and there are beautiful parks, Water or Leith and the Canal near by. The area is safe and quiet. There's also a back garden.

You'd be staying in the flat with myself- a friendly individual and with all my beautiful plants :)

The price is £100 per week, all included.
