Price includes; a fully furnished double room with its own sizeable bathroom, good powerful shower and all bills are included; council tax, internet, tv etc.
There is storage in abundance, appliances; gas cookers, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, other kitcheny things, central heating, a fair few plants, a bike shed and a big comfy shared living area.

You will be sharing said living area with me, Christopher, hey.
I work full-time and also perfrom stand-up/host comedy shows.
Otherwise I enjoy cycling, running, reading, cooking, singing and I play football.
I also enjoy going out from time to time to comedy and poetry shows, for dinner or a few drinks in the pub or live music events blah blah...

I am looking for someone who is up for a bit of a laugh, easy-going but not lazy, tidies up after themselves, doesn't party - or at least not in the house.

My flatmate is away on a work thing for two months will be back first weekend in March but he doesnt want to lose the room. Hence the short term situtation.

I am very easy to live with and hopefully, we get to know each other enough to become friends but not live in each other's pockets.. thats all I'm looking for :)
