Hi lovely people! One of our flatmates is sadly moving out soon and we are looking for a third person for our cosy and spacious 3 bedroom flat in Holy Corner.

The flat is at the 3rd floor, is very sunny, cosy and (importantly) warm - has double glazing in all rooms. There is a shared living room and kitchen, with plenty of storage place. We are close to Bruntsfield Links and Meadows, with great connection to the city centre (buses 11, 16, 36, 45, 5 right outside the door) and there is access to a quiet communal garden in the back. The area is really pretty and there are numerous supermarkets, coffee places and restaurants.

The room is available from the 15st of February ideally for long term, but short lets are also considered. Moving in date is flexible. No couples and no pets please. £500/ month (bills and council tax included).

We are looking for a friend rather than a flatmate, a like-minded person, with whom we can have dinners, wine, play board games or complain about the lockdown. Of course, not all the time, but some living room socialising would be nice! Females preferred. Students welcome, as long as they are happy to contribute to the council tax - perhaps more mature students/ postgrads, we're looking for someone between 28-38 years old, to avoid a big age gap in the flat.
