Hello:
My flatmate's room will be empty until the end of August so I would like to rent it until she comes back. The flat is a lovely 2 bedroom-property located near the Gorgie area in Edinburgh West. It is very quiet and peaceful, as it is a detached house, and it is ideal to work from home if required. Couples welcome.
You would be sharing the flat with me: I really value silence and I am normally away from the house working 12h shifts! I am a postdoctoral research associate so I particularly welcome anyone that has connections with University life :)
