I am looking to find a flatmate to replace me in this lovely 5 bed flatshare as soon as possible. We are a friendly bunch, who enjoy spending time together and individually.

The room on offer is the largest in the flat and is one I hope you'll be very happy in.
The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, desk, chair, table and rocking chair. It also benefits from having a lockable storage cupboard which is ideal for valuables.
The kitchen is bright and fitted with a dishwasher. Also, the bathroom is fitted with a large high pressure shower. The flat also benefits from access to a private garden - which is ideal for in the summer if you don't want to mix with a lot of crowds.
Besides that, the area is lively and picturesque. There is a range of supermarkets including: Waitrose, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Marks & Spencer. The flat is also within distance to local green spaces (Bruntsfield Links) and has a variety of independent cafes.
