My current flatmate has moved back home. The guest room is available from now onwards. The flat has a big living room and a open plan kitchen to share. All appliances and furniture are pretty much new and you are welcome to use them. The room has a double bed, a study table, and also a TV. You will have the toilet with a bathtub to yourself as I’ve got an ensuite in mine. The room is not big but should be enough for sole occupancy. The location is pretty handy just next to a Nuffield gym and also ASDA, McDonalds, and ALDI etc. All bills included. I’ve got a bean to cup coffee machine; so I guess coffee is also included in the bill. You will be sharing with me. I work at the University of St. Andrews. But due to pandemic, I work mostly from home lately.
