Hey guys, I have a room to rent from 15th of January. Just for students, please. The adress is 7/6 West Bryson Road. Located near Gorgie Road, Dalry Road, Haymarket. These location are very close and within easy reach to the city centre. The flat is huge (as you can see on photos). There is a one big kitchen, five rooms for tenants, one long hall, cupboards with space for hoover etc, two bathrooms with toilets.
Buses: 10, 17, 44 are going every ten minutes to city centre. The area is very nice, surrounded by two big parks.
Rent: 433 monthly + bills around 20-30
