Heya,

Im sadly leaving this place after almost 2 years living here to move in with my sister.

The house is massive and for a good price. It’s in a quiet and very green area right next to the Thames and a 10 minute walk from a Goat Farm!

The roommates: Leah, Aoife and Milo
Are super lovely and respectful of shared spaces.
Everyone has their own thing going on but we always make sure to keep the house in good conditions and occasionally go to the pub or go out to eat to catch up.

The shared spaces are massive- Kitchen, Garden and my favourite the living room so perfect to have friends over and to relax comfortably. The house has 2 bathrooms and loads and loads of storage around the house.

P. S. Hope you like cats - There are loads in this neighbourhood

All bills normally come up to £120 a month.
There is a deposit which I believe is £1000 (Need to confirm with estate agents)

Im moving into my new place early July so am happy to negotiate move in dates as I don't want to pay rent for two places..
