I have two lovely, bright rooms available in my flat — both super sunny and airy, perfect for anyone who enjoys natural light and a good vibe 🌞

The flat is in New Cross with fantastic links into the city, making commuting really easy.

Both rooms are very spacious: one is a gorgeous south-facing en-suite with its own bathroom and sunshine almost all day (around 10 hours!), and the other comes with a huge private balcony where you can enjoy great views of the city. That one has a shared bathroom, but it’s all well kept.

The building is managed by a well-known housing provider, so anything that needs fixing gets sorted quickly — which is always a big plus.

I’ve lived here for over 10 years now and I am buying so as the main tenant and truly love it, it’s been a great home.

A bit about me — I’m relaxed, friendly, and respectful. Always happy for a chat now and then, but I also really value personal space (we all need a bit of downtime in London life 😊).

Honestly, the best way to feel the place is to come and see it — it’s a great flat and still as impressive as the first day I moved in!
